Supplier Evaluation Policy

H2Vector has implemented an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards respectively.

In order to guarantee the quality of the products and services we provide, and to control the possible environmental impact that our activities may cause, we have an internal procedure to select, evaluate, control and re-evaluate our suppliers and subcontractors.

In this regard, you as a supplier or subcontractor of H2Vector should be aware that we may request:

  • Evidence of accreditations, authorisations or approvals related to its activity and the services provided for our entity, as well as compliance with legal obligations.
  • Declarations of conformity of the products supplied. Data and Safety Data Sheets of the hazardous products supplied to us or used in the development of their work for H2Vector.
  • Evidence of compliance with legal obligations in environmental matters (waste management) as well as compliance with our environmental requirements.
  • Carry out visits to the works (in the case of subcontracting) to verify in situ the work systematics and check compliance with requirements.
  • Carry out detailed controls of the work carried out, checking compliance with qualities, finishes, tolerances, operation, etc., subjecting them to measurements and/or tests if deemed necessary.

You should also be aware that management evaluates each supplier’s incidents and, depending on the seriousness and/or repetitiveness of the incidents, re-evaluates all suppliers and subcontractors. If any of the incidents are considered serious and/or directly affect our service and the satisfaction of the end customer, H2Vector may decide to put it on probation or even stop working with it.

Should any of these circumstances occur, you will be informed.

Yours sincerely,

The Management of H2Vector
